We have been in the real estate industry since 1998. Starting in a California mountain resort community, our clients there were mostly those looking for second or vacation homes in the mountains. After moving to Oklahoma a few years ago We have taken that client base, many of whom had investment properties and have begun helping them to diversify their portfolios to include properties in Oklahoma. We work a great deal with 1031 tax exchanges. We have a broad knowledge base regarding investment property that assists local, and national investors purchasing in Oklahoma. We are also experienced in dealing with our local clientel as well, working to list and sell single family, multi-family, commercial property as well as vacant land.
